The development of a country is purely dependent on economic development and growth. There is a thin line that is created between the rich and the poor. Consequences of the gap issue: When the gap between the employer and employee is visible will create mistrust among the workers. The main reason is due to the access to luxuries by the employer is not accessed by the employee. There will be no proper relationship between the executives and the workers. The workers just become names and faces even when there is massive operation as the relationship between the two will be worse. The two classes will not decipher the issues; hence the interpersonal relationships will be spoiled.
The law of competition: The employees always be cautious about the expenses due to the competition law. This will result in the central conflict between the employer-employee in the form of salaries. These are the issues created by the law of competition. In spite of these drawbacks, their is a positive side for the regulation of competition. The game is the key to success. There are no other means to promote the growth of the business. In the process, the individual may suffer;however,society will benefit as a whole. Individual capable of facing the competition will boon and the one who cannot fail. The system will enable people to find their economic status. Artificial limits which stop growth will not be supported. People get rewarded and motivated even though the system is not perfect.
Wealth distribution: The system can motivate people; however lucky people and hardworking will earn excess wealth. The wealth gained can be distributed in three ways. People can spread their wealth to their families after their death. The wealth can be used for projects and fund organization after the end of the rich people. On the other hand, wealth can be distributed throughout their lives. Heirs mishandle the legacies provided to them. Parents should teach their children to be responsible and inculcate the habit of charity in them. People leaving their wealth for public use will be misused. The person entitled for the job may not do the job correctly. The wealth may be abused at the same time. The rich people can do good things for society when they are alive. As rich people will have the power, they can use the power and sponsor things for the welfare of the community. Through the sponsors, the organization can benefit more. All these steps taken can reduce the gap between the two classes and will help to create good relationships between the employer and employees.
